Finding products that you like can be difficult, especially when on a budget. Most of the time I don't like experimenting with new products because I don't want to waste the money. Just because a product is expensive doesn't mean it will work for you - depending on the person everything varies. So because of that when I find a product that works I stick with it. That being said, I can most definitely say that the 5 hair products I have listed below are the ones that I'm obsessed with and use all of the time.
SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER:
I can't tell you how many times I've bought expensive shampoo and conditioner and all it did was make my hair look greasy / very flat. For some reason the shampoos and conditioners I get for cheaper are sometimes the best! EverPure Blonde system has a fresh iris smell and cleanses blonde hair while neutralizing brassiness. It deeply hydrates over-processed hair for pure shine softness. I love that there are no harsh sulfates or salts that can strip, dull and damage hair. I've never found a shampoo that has made my hair as soft as this does...if I ever do though I will make sure to let you know :) For now this is my go to choice!
LEAVE-IN PRODUCT:
I've been using this product for about four years now and have found it to be something I can't go without. The perfect product to soften your hair with just a couple sprays - it also serves as a perfect detangler when brushing your wet hair once out of the shower. I can see a big difference in my hair when I use the spray versus when I don't. Definitely an easy, quick fix product that I highly recommend!
DRY SHAMPOO:
For years I never used dry shampoo - I don't know if it was because I was never exposed to it or what but i will say ever since I started using it over a year ago...I haven't stopped. Dry shampoo = LIFESAVER...I repeat a LIFESAVER! Even if my hair isn't greasy I spray even just a little bit to hide my roots, or when I want to add an extra bit of volume after I straighten my hair. My favorite choice is the Batiste Original Dry Shampoo. I have used others - but I've noticed they weren't as good when it came to the texture of my hair being stiff afterwards. If I had to choose a second dry shampoo I would choose Amazing Grace Dry Shampoo.
HAIR VITAMIN:
I started taking these hair vitamins three months ago and I am completely obsessed. I absolutely hate taking vitamins but decided to give these a shot because of how much I saw them being advertised (and of course to keep my hair healthy as I get older). The best thing about these vitamins? The taste is exactly the same to the blue gummies from the old school, scooby doo gummy packs! I swear, I can't even tell the difference. The color, the taste, the smell...AHH THE NOSTALGIA. I can't get over how good they are - I could eat the whole bottle! They say you can't see a difference in your hair until three months of taking these vitamins ( I don't know if it's in my head) but I already feel my hair to be softer and fuller from all the baby hairs I see starting to grow in.
