Today is the day! The inside is re-opening at the Griswold Inn! Always such a special experience eating at this historic place in Essex, CT - one of my favorite restaurants to go to in New England.
This past weekend I got the opportunity to finally meet up and chat with the owner Joan! She’s such an amazing person running an extraordinary business during such a hard time in the world - but like she says the Griswold Inn is #GrisStrong and this too shall pass.
